Returns & Refunds

Arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging it shipped in. We review each claim, and once approved we'll send a free replacement (we may ask you to return the damaged piece first). This covers defects and shipping damage only — not accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.

Changed your mind? Unused covers can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll refund the item price once it's back with us.
